Macadamia nut oil is a good source of monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs), which are heart-healthy fats. However, macadamia oil does not appear to be a good source of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), fats that are popular in the ketogenic diet world due to their ability to raise ketone levels.
