Leap damage increased by 10%. Leap is a regular method of Diablo 4 Gold dealing against minions in PvE situations. Whirlwind is awesome, but it takes time to whittle down these enemies; time where the enemies will be attacking the player. Even a max-level Barbarian isn't going to last long getting beat up this often. A 10% boost to Leap damage from Howler's Lift might not seem like something on paper, but it takes a larger chunk off of enemies at the beginning in a battle.
