Becoming a sorority lady during my junior year in college was something that I could've never envisioned for myself. Being an employer, this experience was quite cool to see. I enjoyed seeing all the PNMs personalizations of their outfits and seeing if they would fit well within my sorority. The procedure likewise helped me acquire better friendships within my own sorority, employment as we needed to interact to ensure rush went as efficiently as possible.
What is Informal Recruitment?
Informal recruitment is a process that's much calmer than official recruitment. Usually, it is a COB process (constant open bidding), implying the sorority will slowly approve PNMs with bids throughout the timespan of the recruitment.
The process usually includes a small sorority occasion where you satisfy some of the sisters and then you may satisfy a sis one-on-one.
