The Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration (CESR) is a pathway for doctors who have not completed a GMC-approved UK training program but have gained equivalent experience elsewhere. It allows them to apply for entry onto the Specialist Register, enabling them to work as consultants in the UK.
