Extra Super P Force is a medication designed to treat two common male sexual health issues: erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). It combines two active ingredients, Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine, which work together to enhance sexual performance and prolong sexual activity.

Sildenafil Citrate, the same component found in Viagra, works by increasing blood flow to the penis, helping men achieve and maintain an erection when sexually aroused. It belongs to a class of drugs known as PDE5 inhibitors, which relax the muscles in the blood vessels and improve circulation in specific areas of the body.

Dapoxetine, on the other hand, is used to treat premature ejaculation by acting as a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). It increases serotonin levels in the nervous system, which helps to delay ejaculation and improve control during intercourse.

Super P Force is usually taken about 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. Its effects can last for several hours, but it should not be taken more than once a day.
